Planned Maintenance Contracts

Broadway Planned Maintenance Contracts provide you with routine and regular inspections and preventative maintenance procedures. Planned maintenance of HVAC systems offer long-term care and both prolongs the life of your equipment and conserves your energy consumption. In addition, regular inspections allow us to identify and correct any minor issues before they become major problems.

Inspections consist of detailed tests and visual checks of mechanical and electrical components, such as safety and protective devices–and controls, when specified. Routines include lubrication of bearing surfaces, adjustment of belt tensions, and cleaning or replacing of air filters.

In order to fit your budget and your resources, we customize planned maintenance contracts that factor in the type of equipment you have, its age, and where it is located in your building. You are assigned specific personnel so that your technician gets familiar with your system, history, and operating conditions. Following every visit, your technicians fill out a log so that your records are always updated.

Customers with planned maintenance contracts have priority emergency service, which is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Broadway offers agreements for planned maintenance on the following systems:
