Your service requests receive prompt and attentive response from our dispatch centre which is manned from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. We also provide 24 hour a day, seven days a week emergency service 365 days a year, with our call centre connecting you directly to our on-call mechanics.

Your account representative works closely with our dispatchers and technicians to ensure all of your requirements are met.

Emergency Response

Emergency response is always given the highest priority. With technicians working all throughout B.C. and Alberta, we are always close to provide critical response when it is needed. GPS monitoring of our large truck fleet and immediate access to technicians ensures we can promptly respond to any emergency.

Administration and Reporting

We know how important accurate records and reporting is when managing a facility. Broadway commits to keeping customers informed through the following records and reporting:

  • Only proceeding with the authorization and understanding of the work to be completed.
  • Always having one of your authorized employees sign work orders for work completed.
